This hotel exceeded our expectations in so many ways - from the attention to detail to the friendly staff, everything was just perfect. The location was ideal, with the main cable car to hike in the Dolomites just a short walk away. The rooms were comfortable and had stunning balcony views of the surrounding mountains. Plus, the breakfast spread was simply delicious, with a wide variety of options, including mouthwatering desserts.
No improvements necessary, everything was spot on.

We had a comfortable stay with our family near the bus stop to the main cable car up to the Sella Ronda. the cosy restaurant was a great place to enjoy delicious food with the selection of specific Italian cheese being a highlight. Room cleaning service and overall staff friendliness were impressive. Breakfast was sufficiently filled with a good continental spread. the pool area was popular with families and children. the only downside was a slight issue with the temperature in some areas.

This hotel is great value for money, offering a decent half board rate even if you didn't reserve in advance. The rooms are definitely worthy of a 3-star hotel, and some even exceed the quality of certain 4-star hotels. The hotel's location in the S. Pelligrino pass is perfect for a walking holiday, with numerous Dolomite walks just a short drive away. You can also find some walks within walking distance from the hotel itself. The breakfast at this hotel is impressive, with a good continental spread that includes excellent hams and cheeses. Plus, the desserts are delicious.
Nothing to complain about, everything was just fine.

Spent Easter at this hotel and it was a good experience. the food was delicious, with a good variety of options. the room was comfortable and clean, with a beautiful view of the mountains from the balcony. the hotel was located in a convenient spot close to the ski slopes and hiking trails. the staff was very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. the spa area was great for relaxation, with a sauna and pool to enjoy.
That the hotel lacked a bit of charm and character, making it feel a bit generic. the decor was outdated in some areas, and the dining area was a bit cold.

The rooms were tidy and well-maintained, and the breakfast was satisfactory. The location was perfect for outdoor activities, being surrounded by beautiful natural scenery. The hotel had a great pool and sauna area that was very clean and enjoyable.
The staff was not welcoming at all and they seemed bothered by any questions or requests. the restaurant was poorly managed and understaffed, meaning there was a long waiting time just to be seated.
